you definitely aren't the only one who understands
i guess my question is more related to how well everyone together understands the actual responsibility involved with our positions as wardens
i'm used to people throwing credentials at me, but titles mean nothing without the right mindset

a chain is only as strong as its weakest link
or so they say
my concern is i have no idea what that chain even looks like right now
