i don't know the mechanics of it so i can't say one way or another
but i think they just turn them all off regardless of what they are for inmates
like even if you had healing powers you still couldn't use them here

even without being nerfed i don't exactly feel immune to danger here

but that's why the wardens are here
part of our job is to protect you :)

mostly because when people die here they come back
so somebody'd start hollering about it
also probably someone would have to report it somewhere
