The video feed shows a young man with mousey brown(ish) hair, dressed in neat, but worn black clothing. His eyes are bright blue, and his smile is soft and genuine.

"Hello, I'm Luke Skywalker. I've been brought aboard as a Warden, and it's good to meet you. I'm not great at introductions, so you're welcome to ask me whatever you like, and I hope you'll forgive a trite question to break the ice."

Looking suitably contrite, he ducks his head, and scrubs a hand over the back of his neck.

"What's the best and/or worst advice you've been given?"

"Either they don't, or I don't, or both." Luke shrugs and seems to take the commentary in stride.

"After all, while they invited me here, I still agreed to try."

[oinks]

"You agreed to try babysitting a bunch of murderers."

Just to check he actually understands what he's in for, here.

"They might be, but I was told that everyone here has a chance at redemption."

And if there's a chance, it's worth it.

[oinks]

"Yeah?" Not buying it, "And what's your plan for if you fail, and you can't redeem any of us fast enough?"

[blackclad]

"I'm not on any particular timeline. If people here are told they need to stick to one, that's not only unfair or unjust, but it's also counterproductive." Luke shrugs and scrubs his hand through his hair.

"And, I might fail. But, someone else's 'redemption' isn't my responsibility. I can help, I can offer support or a kick, but in the end, it's not my choice."
