I think introductions are in order. My name is Lucifer Morningstar, and I'm a new warden here. For those that recognize my name, yes, I'm probably who you think I am, no, it's not a mistake, and no, I'm not here to kill, maim, torture or eat anyone's soul.

I don't think a soul would have much nutritional value.

Anyway, I'm glad to be here, and I'm used to getting lots of questions, so ask away.

What would the over-under be on getting a piano in here do you suppose? Just curious. It's been ages since I've been able to play, and the minibar makes me nostalgic.

I think I'd like to risk the madness, at some point. Been there, done that, you know. Might as well see what an angel looks like. You're an improvement on the stone ones that attacked the last ship, at least so far. Unless you're also hiding a set of fangs.

And no, I’ve never had fangs, as such. Claws, perhaps, but not fangs. I’ll be happy to show you my wings sometime, I’m just partial to doing so in person. Tough to get the full effect on these devices.

I have to ask - given your username. Are you Loki? The actual one?

In a sense, yes. The stories are a bit exaggerated where they aren't fully fabricated, of course, but you've indicated you know exactly how that goes. [Conveniently this applies if they happen to share a reality and Lucifer recognizes him from news footage of the invasion, though it seems unlikely.] I tend to claim the ones that make me look cleverest and ignore the rest.

Always a good way to go. Humans love telling exaggerated stories. Do you have a favorite?

The one with Thor dressed up as a maiden is always good for a laugh. And not entirely fictional.

Always a bit overconfident. It was a treat to see him humbled a bit. When we were young, anyway.

I get you. I always enjoyed taking my brother Amenadiel down a notch. That angelic ego of his really got in the way of his personality sometimes.

The time he accidentally flew into a bridge was hilarious

Thor crashed constantly when he first got mjolnir.

[Never mind that he also electrocuted Loki about a million times. That was a rough summer.]

Has Thor ever awkwardly tried to blend in with human culture? And failed spectacularly?

I think he got the hang of it eventually, but he was quite the fan of showing off when he was younger. You can't blend in very well when you're ripping trees out of the ground with your bare hands.

I had to help Amenadiel with something like that, once. I had to coach him into pretending to be a normal human fighter, rather than God's Greatest Warrior.

It was hilarious.

Did it work? Was he able to pass for human?

Eh, so-so. I ended up fighting him anyway, so we didn't really put that to the test. He got better at passing later on.
